The surroundings are quite nice with a short walk around the edge of the lake and the pool is refreshing. The first camp site they gave us was very sloped and we were unable to get some resemblance of level. Had my back tires 6 inches off the ground without success. Second site little better with the rear wheels up 3 inches but at least things did not roll off the counters.
There are no water or sewer hookups at this campground. There is a dump station for potable water fill-up and dumping of gray water. Stayed one night enroute to Tampa.
Arrowhead Campsites, Inc.

The cabin sleeps five on a queen bed and double/single bunk bed. The cabins are available in winter. The campground lies in a dense forest of pine, oak and hickory near the shore of 5,000-acre Badin Lake. We are located just 13 miles north on scenic Highway 10.
Campsite Odersbach
Internet - Internet service available. This may be in the form of wifi or wired connections and may or may not be a good connection. Almost every Saturday night during the summer, Arrowhead residents gather on our point , which you can see below for a camp fire. They witness some of the most spectacular sunsets anywhere on Earth. Currently, We are taking reservations for site 20 the 2022 season. Visitors to Arrowhead Campground not only camp, they swim and sunbathe at Badin Lake.
Country Camping Schinderhannes is a largely wooded terraced campsite, located on a lake. It is situated south-east of the village of Hausbay. Lots of places to fish in the park. The internet stated that the campground has cable.

Pull-thru - Provides pull thru style RV campsites. Pull thrus allow RV owners to more easily park without backing up. Pull thru sites are available at this location.

Scenery is okay if your by the water...if you're on the back side you'll be looking at storage units. The pool was nice and our kids had a blast. If it wasn't for the pool we would have left since there wasn't much else for the kids to do. Special rules will likely apply so check with park regarding the pet rules.
From Camping Sonnenstrand you have a magnificent view of the Rhine Valley and the heavy shipping traffic on this river. This is a good place to stay for a day or two. Sites are on grass/dirt and not the most level.
If you like camping with pets this campground or RV park is an option. Pull in, hook up to our services, water electricity, sewer. Bring your boat too, we've got dockage. We offer camping opportunities for everything from tents and pop-ups to 5th wheel trailers and everything in between. It is interesting to read about your experience Monica, However you say that this is a terrible park, but yet you fought every inch to not leave. And as far as your "compliments" in reqard to the manager, that is completely inaccurate and you know that.
Very Quiet place, very nice people from the office to the gentlemen that take care for the place at night. Did not have internet and they didn't told me that i have to paid it separate. I tough it was down and I couldn't used at night after work but other than that it was good.
