Well, we didn't even have lightbulbs and fixtures installed when we moved in! They left the entire basement full of mud, and products were damanged. In their attempt to make this right they moved the plumbing UP and now we have issues with drainage. When the workers came to our "one-year guaranteed" home to make repairs, they left dirty hand prints on the walls, and the floors a mess.
You have a wonderful team from management to sales at owl homes, I would highly recommend them. Owl Homes of Fredoina never finished our home - and when they attempted to complete or repair their errors they made it worse than before they arrived. The home is sold as a "turn-key" home - just move in.
